Contractor marketing services that work together

Every one of our services has one job: help Texas trade contractors get more calls from the right customers and book more of them. Use one piece, or run all six as a single system managed by one team.

Quick answer

Which marketing services does a contractor actually need?

Home services crew in hard hats reviewing plans together on a job site

Most trade contractors need four things working together: a fast website that converts, a strong Google Business Profile and local SEO to show up in the Map Pack, visibility in AI answers, and a way to answer every call. Reviews tie them together, because they influence both rankings and whether a homeowner picks up the phone.

You rarely need all of it on day one. A plumber with hundreds of reviews and a slow website has a different problem than a new roofing company with a sharp site and no map presence. Your free Scorecard shows which gap is costing you the most jobs today, so you can start there and add the next piece once the first one pays for itself.

What we offer

Six services, one Lead Engine

Each of our contractor marketing services stands on its own. Each one also feeds the others, which is why contractors who run them together tend to see results build faster.

Contractor Website Design

Fast, mobile-first websites with service pages, city pages, and a call button on every screen. Built on WordPress, typically launched in 6–10 weeks, and owned by your company.

Local SEO

Map Pack and organic rankings for “[service] near me” and city searches that bring in paying work. Service pages, citations, local links, and monthly ranking reports across your service area.

Google Business Profile Management

Complete, verified, active profiles that rank and turn views into calls. Categories, service areas, photos, posts, and review replies handled inside Google’s rules.

AI Search Optimization

Get named when homeowners ask ChatGPT, Gemini, or Google AI who to call. Answer-first pages, consistent business details, and third-party mentions AI tools can rely on.

AI Call Agent

Answer every call 24/7, capture job details, and never lose an after-hours lead. Emergencies get flagged for your on-call tech based on rules you set.

Reviews & Reputation

A steady, policy-compliant review system that builds trust and rankings. Text review requests after each job, technician scripts, and a reply to every review.

How it fits together

How our contractor marketing services connect

Think of our services as one path a homeowner walks, from the first search to the review they leave after the job. A weak step anywhere on that path costs you work you already paid to attract.

01

Get found

Local SEO, your Google Business Profile, and AI search visibility put your company in front of homeowners at the moment they search for your trade in your city.

02

Get chosen

Your website and reviews do the selling. Homeowners compare ratings, look for license and insurance details, and scan for real job photos before they tap call.

03

Get answered

A call that rings out is a job handed to a competitor. The AI Call Agent answers after hours and during rushes and sends your team the details.

04

Get reviewed

A review request after every job adds fresh proof to your profile, which supports rankings and gives the next homeowner a reason to choose you.

Where to start

Why one team

Why contractor marketing services work better under one roof

When a different vendor runs each channel, nobody owns the full path from search to booked job. The web designer changes a page title that was ranking. The listing company edits your business name in a way Google doesn’t allow. The call service never sees which calls came from Maps. Each vendor reports a win while the phone stays quiet.

One team looking at the whole picture can fix the weakest link first. Google says local results are driven by relevance, distance, and prominence, and that reviews and links count toward prominence. See Google’s own explanation of how local ranking works. Your website, profile, and reviews all touch those factors, so they should be planned together.

How to choose

Questions to ask before you buy marketing services

Contractors ask us these questions all the time. The answers apply whether you hire us or someone else.

Should I fix my website or my Google ranking first?

Fix whichever one is losing more jobs. If you rank well but visitors leave without calling, the website comes first. If nobody finds you, a better site won’t help until your Business Profile and local SEO improve. Your Scorecard measures both so you aren’t guessing. For many service-area contractors, the profile is the faster fix because it feeds the Map Pack directly.

What drives the cost of contractor marketing?

Cost depends on how many services and cities you want to target, how competitive your trade is in your metro, how much content needs to be written, and the condition of what you already have. A roofer targeting all of Dallas–Fort Worth faces a different workload than an electrician focused on one East Texas town. We scope work after the Scorecard so the plan fits your goals and budget, rather than selling a fixed bundle.

How do I know if marketing services are working?

Track calls, form leads, and booked jobs, not just traffic. Rankings and profile views are useful early signals, but the question that matters is whether more of the right customers are calling. Ask any agency to show you call counts by source, Map Pack positions across your service area, and which pages produce leads. If a report is all impressions and no calls, keep asking.

What should I avoid when hiring a marketing company?

Be careful with anyone who promises a guaranteed top ranking, registers your domain or profile in their own name, or sells leads they also send to your competitors. Avoid review schemes that pay for reviews or only ask happy customers. The FTC’s rule on consumer reviews and testimonials bans fake reviews and incentives that require positive sentiment, and Google’s policies go further by prohibiting incentives for reviews at all.

Do AI assistants change which services I need?

Less than you might think. Google says there are no special requirements to appear in its AI features beyond being indexed and following normal search best practices; read its guidance on AI features and your website. The same foundations still apply: strong pages, a complete profile, consistent listings, and reviews. AI search optimization adds tracking and answer-first content on top of that base.

How long before I see more calls?

It depends on the service. An AI Call Agent can capture missed calls as soon as it goes live. Business Profile fixes often show movement within the first few months. A new website typically launches in 6–10 weeks, and competitive local SEO in large metros usually takes six to twelve months of steady work. We give you a realistic timeline for your market up front.

How we work

Our standards for every service

Our team has worked with Texas businesses since 2009, and more than 950 of them have trusted us with their marketing. We hold a 4.9 rating on Google from more than 115 reviews. Trades Lead Engine applies that experience to contractors only.

Every engagement starts with the same promise: your domain, website, and Google Business Profile stay in your company’s name. We don’t share or resell leads. When a homeowner calls from your marketing, that call belongs to you.
