How Trades Lead Engine collects, uses and protects information when you visit this site or ask us for a Scorecard. Last updated 12 September 2026.

When you request a free Lead Engine Scorecard, we ask for your name, company name, email address, phone number, trade, the city you serve, an annual revenue range and, if you have one, your website address.
When you use the contact form, we ask for your name, company, email address, phone number, trade, city, an annual revenue range, how you heard about us, and whatever you write in the message field.
If you call or email us directly, we keep what you choose to tell us so that we can answer you.
We use Google Analytics 4, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to understand how people find and use this site. It records things like the pages you view, how long you stay, the site or search that sent you, your device and browser type, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not use it to identify you personally.
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which checks whether a submission comes from a person or a bot. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information from your device and sends it to Google for analysis. That use is governed by Google’s own privacy policy and terms.
The site sets a small number of cookies and uses your browser’s local storage to remember things like which sections you have opened. A consent tool records and respects your cookie preferences.
We do not ask for or store payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or government identification numbers through this website. We run no advertising or retargeting pixels. We do not record or transcribe calls made to our business line.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising or profiling. We have never done either.

These providers may use the information only to perform their service for us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
Enquiries and Scorecard requests are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up or to keep a record of the work, generally no longer than three years after our last contact with you. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as the law requires. Analytics data is retained on Google’s standard schedule. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Texas residents have these rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act. California residents have comparable rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA. We will not treat you differently for exercising any of them.
To make a request, email leads@tradesleadengine.com or call (726) 224-4920. We respond within 45 days, and may extend once by a further 45 days if the request is complex — we will tell you if we need the extra time. We may need to verify your identity first, usually by confirming details you have already given us.
If we decline a request, you may appeal by emailing leads@tradesleadengine.com with “Appeal” in the subject line. We respond to appeals within 60 days. If we deny an appeal, you may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov.

Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking cookies will not stop you using the site, though some conveniences may not be remembered. You can also opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using Google’s browser add-on. Where your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we honour it.
The site is served over HTTPS, access to our systems is limited to people who need it, and form submissions are delivered to a business email account protected by a password and two-step verification. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.
This site is aimed at business owners and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
We link out to sources such as Google’s documentation and Texas licensing boards. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not run.
If we change this policy we will update the date shown at the top of this page. Material changes will be flagged on the site.
